Welcome from the Town Crier of Palmerston North, Manawatu, New Zealand
The position of Town Crier of Palmerston North, Manawatu, New Zealand was born of an association between Palmerston North City Council and Massey University.
Millennium discussions focused on providing some extra colour and flare to festivities that surrounded Massey University’s Graduation Ceremonies. In 2000 Caroline Robinson was officially designated Town Crier of Palmerston North, Manawatu, New Zealand, by Mayoral proclamation.
